How NovoLog Works:
Insulin aspart modified at B28 amino acid prevents hexamer formation — faster SC absorption.
Mealtime insulin covers meal-related glucose rise. Combined with basal insulin (glargine, degludec) in basal-bolus regimen for type 1 DM. Used in insulin pumps.

NovoLog SC injection 15 min before meal. Vials and FlexPen prefilled pens.
